CHILDREN 12 and over
In addition to the you Annual Donation, for every event at which we perform there is a site fee and a food fee assessment.  Also assessed is a once-a-year payment for Liability Insurance. (Dollars depend on the number of members - here is where more is less).

All donations are due by November 1st of each year; delinquent after December 31st. Donations are deductible to the extent permitted by law. If donation becomes delinquent, reinstatement will be double the normal donation, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS are made with the Finance Officer; Matthew Gruel.

This organization was founded by Catherine Kay in 1979. Participation in the Encampment is a privilege and not a right!
